{"id":3149,"date":"2018-11-09T10:49:48","date_gmt":"2018-11-09T10:49:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pigmea.es\/active-ham-funda-de-jamon-con-control-antibacteriano\/"},"modified":"2018-11-09T11:14:42","modified_gmt":"2018-11-09T11:14:42","slug":"active-ham-capa-de-presunto-com-controle-antibacteriano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pigmea.es\/pt-pt\/active-ham-capa-de-presunto-com-controle-antibacteriano\/","title":{"rendered":"Active Ham"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><h2>Capa de presunto com controle antibacteriano<\/h2>\n<p>O projecto \u201cActive Ham: desenvolvimento de capa de presunto com controle antibacteriano de material pl\u00e1stico n\u00e3o tecido\u201d foi co-financiado pelo Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional (FEDER), atrav\u00e9s do \u201cPrograma Operativo de Crescimento Inteligente 2014-2020\u201d e o Minist\u00e9rio de Economia e Competitividade, atrav\u00e9s do Centro para o Desenvolvimento Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial (CDTI).<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo deste inovador projecto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 desenvolver um novo sistema de embalado activo que, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma s\u00e9rie de agentes antioxidantes e\/ou antimicrobianos no suporte de embalado (polipropileno n\u00e3o tecido), ajude a conservar e prolongar em \u00f3ptimo estado o presento serrano ao longo de seu ciclo de consumo.<\/p>\n<p>A conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do presunto depois do primeiro corte \u00e9 uma das principais preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es dos cortadores.
